Just wanted to send out a special HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Leslie today! She is officially OLD like the rest of us so we wanted to celebrate that!

Leslie, I am so very thankful for our friendship! I miss you tremendously! I have such fun memories together ... I will never forget y'all telling us you were pregnant with Kaitlyn-I was SO excited! I couldn't WAIT for that precious girl to get here...I had a BLAST (although I am sure in the long run you wanted to kill me) redoing her desk/changing table...look how smart she is despite all the FUMES we inhaled doing that!!! :) I remember coming to see you at the hospital when she was born...time flies. On that same note, you were the first person I told about my babies and I laugh at how shocked I was when you came to visit me in the hospital!

I also LOVED our time working together at Dr. M's office. I will always love that time. I LOVED coming to work everyday knowing you would be there to laugh along with me at all the silly drama. It just wasn't the same after you left...I LOVED our SONIC runs at lunch and the LONG hours we spent talking and trying to solve our life's problems. Remember our CRAZY trip to Centennial after you got stuck...OH MY! Thank goodness I didn't pass out on you...some friend I would have been!!!

Ahhh, and the long Alias discussions...MAN, was there ever a better show? I think we could have been Sydney Briscoe...in fact...I will never see Jennifer Garner without thinking of you...EVER...we would be best friends with her if we knew her, right?! I know she would love us! In fact, I bet she would drive all over town too looking for a Braum's that had Lime Sherbet in stock and would LOVE a Lime Sherbet Freeze.

Putting aside all of the fun memories I have with you...I could go on and on...you are such an amazing person. I love your heart and your love for God. You are so strong spiritually and I love to see how you continuously grow in your faith. It is very obvious who is at the center of your life when I look at you as a wife, mom, and friend. You are an awesome MOM and I hope you can help show me the way to raise such precious, fun kids. You are one of the most loyal people I know and that makes for an amazing quality in a friend...

SO, LESLIE...HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY!!!! I wish I could drive to Abilene today to give you a hug and a LS Freeze - I would settle for a Cajin Cone though!! I hope you have a VERY special day and feel all the love from all of your friends!!!! Love you sweet girl!!!!!!
